These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LoHo Signal (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and these Terms.
LoHo Signal measures Wi-Fi connection quality (via network latency, not raw signal strength — iOS does not expose that to apps) at locations you survey, and lets you view, save, and export that data. It's a measurement and diagnostic tool, not a guarantee of network performance at any given time or place.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate — network conditions change, and readings reflect a moment in time.
Decisions you make based on the App's data — such as where to place a sensor, device, or piece of equipment — are your own responsibility. LoHo Signal is a tool to help inform that decision, not a substitute for your own judgment or on-site verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, lost business, or equipment placed based on the App's readings.
Any survey data you export from the App (as CSV or PDF) is yours to use, share, or store as you choose. See our Privacy Policy for details on what the App does and doesn't do with your data.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
